ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Brittney. I am a registered nurse who's passion is a deeper, more purposeful life. I live in the fun, outdoor mecca of Bend, Oregon. I live on a 10 acre sustainable farm raising grass-fed beef, pastured pigs, and free range chickens. I also grow most of our own veggies in our greenhouse! I love to mountain bike, stand-up paddle board, and ski all Winter. I do all of these with intentionally living: a slow down method where we put our own health before the fast paced societal norms. We slow down our cooking, workouts, and lifestyle so that we can enjoy this life fully. Join me!
