Hi, I'm Eric. I work with busy parents who want to reach their fitness and health goals. My approach is through a primal based diet and minimal workout equipment. I am also a big fan of low impact cardio i.e. walking or my favorite, rucking! My philosophy about fitness and health is that it should be a long game lifestyle change. In my life I don't look towards living forever, but I want to live happy and healthy while I'm here in this body. I've beat my body up in the gym and been stiff, sore, and injured which prevented me from being at my best. Now I like to try and think towards longevity and how I can feel great for the time that I'm here rather than chasing gains and vanity, although it is nice to feel confident in a bathing suit at any age.
