My fitness journey began in my twenties, I dabbled with running and weightlifting. Flash forward to my thirties and forties. A friend convinced me to run a half marathon and join her in fitness classes. Game Over! I loved it, life was great, I was working out more than ever, but yet those pounds continued to creep on- at first I thought it was all muscle, then, when I hit 50- I was no longer in denial. I had the makings of a muffin top to prove it.
In comes "The Primal Blueprint", recommended by a friend who lost 40 pounds, had gained back strength and energy, and said goodbye to achey body parts. I listened and decided to go "Primal". Well, the rest is history...
