ABOUT ME
Diagnosed with Celiac Disease at age 7, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate the minefield of grocery shopping, cooking and eating out when you need to live gluten-free. Discovering the Primal/Paleo lifestyle at mid-life showed me that there was a way to not only embrace life without gluten, but to experience optimal wellness and vitality. Now I'm on a mission to show other women like me how living Primally can be a key component to a Momentous Life!
