As an experienced Triathlon & Open Water Swimming Coach I find more and more of my clients are looking to not only improve their athletic performance but also to improve their day to day wellbeing and lifestyle. Trust me I know about stress having weighed 12kg heavier and suffered heart failure. I'm now lean, stress free and have excellent health stats including a cholesterol reading below 3!!
