While the amount of nutrition information available has never been higher, sifting through facts from hype and trying to make sense of conflicting research has made it difficult for the everyday person to truly grasp what is healthy and nutritious. My goal is two-fold: 1) to provide an easy, accessible picture of nutrition and clear away the misinformation in order to help you achieve your health goals, and 2) to improve athletic performance and dietary competence in order to help you achieve your physical goals.
