I've been into health and wellness my whole life; but it wasn't until I witnessed my wife break the chains of IBS naturally that I became more involved. I see many people suffering from modern-day illnesses that have been triggered by stressors (physical, emotional, environmental). Many think that they are "destined" to a certain outcome because of family history. That the beauty of epigenetics! I get to help people learn how to turn on the genes directed towards health and turn off the genes directed towards sickness. We have more control of our healthspans than we ever imagined!
