I'm no fitness freak but I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to following the basic ancestral health principles. I actually feel as though I'm doing less than ever. Workouts are enjoyable. Food is awesome. Plenty of time being active with my kids. Still enjoy having a drink with mates. I want to help dads who might be carrying some excess weight since their "playing days" ended and may be struggling to find quality time with their kids. It's really not that hard.
