Hi- so glad you stopped by! My name is Jonlyn. I am wild about sharing my gifts, being in nature, cooking delicious food, adventuring to beautiful places and building community. I'm on a mission to help as many people as I can live their best life! I've been super passionate about health, wellness, lifestyle and nutrition my whole life, however, in my early twenties my own health began to rapidly decline. At that time in life I was an endurance athlete, overly stressed and running my own business. I was also battling lifelong stress eating episodes due to undigested life experiences, had major body image issues and a host of immune issues that were causing my health to tank.
It is my mission in life to make the world a healthier and happier place.
I encourage everyone who is alive on planet earth to become the best version of themselves. I am dedicated to helping my clients reclaim their health, spirit, have more energy, inspiration, adventure and freedom in their lives.
