I help individuals adapt a healthy lifestyle (educating about primal diet and fitness) working with women and mothers looking to lose weight and keep it off, women looking to stay healthy while pregnant, and postpartum women trying to lose weight. I am also a personal trainer and include fitness in my programs.

I am a certified health coach, certified personal trainer (with American Council on Exercise), and a professional figure skating instructor (U.S. Figure Skating member). I am a former competitive ice dancer, so fitness and nutrition have always been a big part of of my life. Although I used to struggle with carb addiction growing up, I found primal and started following a ketogenic diet in 2014 and I feel so much better! Through this way of eating, I have reset my metabolism and rarely ever have those carb cravings. It is a relief that I can easily maintain a healthy weight, enjoying delicious whole foods and a more relaxed approach to fitness, without engaging in strict dieting.
As a health coach, my goal is to coach clients to take charge of their own health and implement lifestyle changes for weight loss and optimal wellness.
