On a tiny island off the coast of Maine, a small restaurant called Simply Chris opened in 1987. Guests walked in to the smell of fresh-baked bread and the sound of Tina Turner on the radio. Simply Chris wasn’t just a restaurant. It was a place that celebrated simple, wholesome food made with love. It left a lasting mark on Jessica’s life.

Inspired by her mother’s legacy at Simply Chris, Jessica grew up believing that true healing starts with the basics. This belief shaped her journey into health and wellness. It led her to join the PHCI’s Fall 2024 ACE cohort.
Through dedication and hard work, Jessica became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. This is a remarkable milestone. It reflects her commitment to helping others thrive.
Today, Jessica runs Simply-Jess. She empowers women over 40 to reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality. She helps them avoid quick fixes and fad diets. Her coaching focuses on nourishing food, natural movement, and simple, sustainable practices. She helps busy women create lasting change and reconnect with their strongest, healthiest selves.
We are so proud of Jessica. She is making a powerful impact in her community and beyond.
