Today we had a lovely, upbeat, and productive conversation with Charlene Gisele, a former attorney turned health coach, who also shared her health coaching success story with us in a post from last month. After becoming overwhelmed with the fast-paced, big city, corporate lawyer living in London, Charlene made the internal pivot to slow down, be present, and help other hurried, high-performing, highly productive professionals try to do the same thing. Charlene shares her journey to becoming a health coach and walks us through what her practice looks like today.
