While this is a Done-For-You (DFY) service, your input is essential to ensure we create a website that truly reflects you and your health coaching business. Our goal is to deliver a fully functional, high-quality website tailored to your business. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all of our clients, we have established the following policy regarding project timelines:
Project Duration
Each PrimalSites website engagement has a maximum active engagement period of 6 months from the date of enrollment.
Customer Responsibility
The successful completion of your website relies on timely feedback, content, branding assets, and access to platforms or services required to build your site. We understand that gathering these materials may take time, but prolonged delays can prevent us from completing your website efficiently.
Delays & Inactivity
If a customer has not provided the necessary assets or feedback, or has indicated they are not ready to begin the project, the 6-month period still applies. After this period, the engagement will be considered complete, and any remaining work will not be performed.
No Refunds
All payments for PrimalSites services are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can allocate our time and resources effectively for all clients.
Optional Restart
If you wish to resume work after the 6-month period, a new PrimalSites engagement will need to be initiated.
This policy helps us provide consistent, timely service while ensuring every client can receive their website as efficiently as possible.
Absolutely! If there's a page or section from one template that you'd like to incorporate into another, our developers will gladly customize your website to fit your preferences.
Of course! We’ve created three lead magnet quizzes for you to choose from, but if you have a webinar, eBook, or another lead magnet you’d prefer to use on your website, we’re happy to feature your choice instead.
Once you place your order and we begin building your website, refunds are not available. However, we work closely with you to make sure your website meets your needs.
