Today we welcome Niraj Naik to Health Coach Radio. Niraj is the founder of the incredible Soma Breathwork and Meditation Technique, which combines box breathing techniques with brain supporting music to enable anyone to drop into centeredness, regardless of their meditation skill level. Niraj started his career as a pharmacist, eager to bring good health to his community at large. Instead, he was a first-hand witness to patients going home with shopping bags full of drugs but never getting better. This experience moved Niraj to learn more about the human body and the pathways to chronic illness. After using diet and lifestyle to put his own ulcerative colitis into remission, he knew that it was time to step away from the pharmacy and create Soma Breath.
