Our guest today is Hope Pedraza, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Pilates instructor and studio owner, and host of the Hopeful and Wholesome podcast. Hope helps driven women to heal their gut with a plant-focused diet and functional nutrition. She specializes in plant-based nutrition per her own journey with a plant focused diet and having healed her own digestion, immune system and so much more. She doesn't teach how to be vegan, rather how putting an emphasis on plant-based meals can massively transform the health of your microbiome. We love how business oriented Hope is and we really picked her brain about running two successful health-based businesses, one online and one in a brick-and-mortar space, at the same time. During this episode we talked a lot about the idea of lifelong learning, the evolution of her businesses, how she plans to integrate her businesses in the next year and the idea that if you step into your power you will also step into your purpose.
