Kayla Kelly’s rollercoaster health journey has taken her everywhere from thin to obese, from vegan to yo-yo dieter. Six years ago, her husband introduced her to Mark’s Daily Apple. She was resistant at first because of a love for cake and all things sweet, but got on board a couple years later and has been hooked ever since, especially on the sound science of primal eating and wellness.
For her, the Primal Health Coach program is a catalyst for even more positive change (she lost 45 pounds this year!), and for helping others make those lifestyle changes, changes which she says are easier than one may think.
