Today on Health Coach Radio we interview the Ketologist, Chris Irvin. Chris is a nutrition researcher and science writer with a masters degree in exercise and nutrition science. After graduate school he became passionate about researching, educating, and spreading awareness on nutrition and functional medicine, along with the concept of taking control of your health. Chris currently works for the well-known company Perfect Keto as their education manager, providing research support for all the products and resources they create to support a ketogenic diet. In this episode, we discuss exogenous ketones and when to use them, the idea of carbs around workouts, the biggest misconceptions about the keto diet, where keto “treats” fit into a well-balanced keto diet, and more.
