After years in high-performance athletics and a demanding corporate career, Savannah Kilde realized that “pushing harder” wasn’t the path to lasting vitality. Through her journey with the Primal Health Coach Institute (PHCI), she discovered a more holistic, science-backed way to thrive—and now helps others do the same.

The Turning Point
Born and raised in Colorado, Savannah spent much of her early life immersed in high achievement—both in sports and in business. But success came at a cost. “After high-performance athletics and fast-paced corporate roles, my mindset left me feeling exhausted,” she recalls. “I learned that true resilience isn't about pushing harder; it's about a deeper understanding of well-being. And it can be manageable!”
That realization sparked a simple but powerful question: Am I really doing what’s right to achieve a long, healthy, vibrant life?
Between ten years of corporate intensity, the beautiful chaos of raising kids, and witnessing firsthand the sacrifices behind her brother-in-law’s career as a world-class athlete, Savannah became curious about what truly helps the body and mind thrive.
“I wanted to know the facts—the science behind how my body works, for myself and for my family,” she says.

Savannah Kilde yearned to understand the science behind healthy living for herself and her family.
Finding the Right Fit
That search led Savannah to the Primal Health Coach Institute, where she found a program that perfectly balanced modern science and ancestral wisdom.
“The idea of modern science validating ancestral wisdom really resonated with me,” Savannah explains. “I was drawn to the concept of understanding how the human body is designed to thrive in its natural state, and how we can effectively incorporate those principles into our modern world.”
She was also drawn to the comprehensive, whole-person approach of the PHCI curriculum—not just nutrition, but movement, sleep, mindset, and emotional health.
“For the past year, I've been studying nutritional science and I've challenged myself to rethink what health really means,” she says. “It’s changed me—not into a different person, but into someone more in sync with what really matters.”
Living and Coaching by Primal Principles
Savannah has fully integrated the Primal principles into her own daily life—and now shares those same practices with her clients.
“I prioritize high-quality, nutrient-dense food for me and my family,” she says. “We move a lot—lifting heavy things, getting slow and easy movement, and making time for play. I also focus on sleep hygiene and aligning with my circadian rhythm—timing my eating, getting sunlight in the morning, and winding down in the evening.”
For Savannah, coaching isn’t about perfection or quick fixes—it’s about real, sustainable change backed by science.
“Now I’m a certified health coach, and this is where I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned. Not perfection, no fad diets—just real, honest tips backed by science and tested in real life. Making healthy meals for people is actually my love language.”

Overcoming Fear and Finding Purpose
Like many aspiring coaches, Savannah once doubted whether she could make the leap into a new career.
“If you feel a passion for this and it aligns with your highest values, you absolutely have to go for it,” she says. “I held myself back for years—I was afraid of the unknown, afraid of what my corporate colleagues would think, and honestly, afraid of the self-doubt that whispered, ‘You’re not a doctor.’”
But after graduating from PHCI and beginning to coach clients, Savannah found what she’d been missing: alignment and joy.
“We put unnecessary pressure on ourselves to have a traditional title to be credible,” she says. “After graduating from PHCI and starting to work with clients, I finally feel like I’m living my purpose. That feeling of alignment and genuine excitement is worth every moment of fear.”
Savannah’s Mission
Today, Savannah helps others unlock their own vitality by blending ancestral wisdom with modern science.
“My mission is to help you feel your BEST—nourished, strong, and confident in your own skin—so you can thrive in your family, career, and life,” she says. “Health doesn’t have to be complicated—it just has to be consistent and real.”
